REBOOT FOOD™ at the newly renovated chic yet down-to-earth seaside resort, Breakers! Three days nourishing your mind, body and soul through a culinary lens will create clarity and confidence as you transform your relationship with food for optimal health. Stefanie and team guide you through hands on cooking and food related activities while Dr. Robert Graham of Fresh Med NYC will explore the importance of gut health. Enjoy daily meditation, yoga, beach and trail hikes and bodywork. Program is suitable for adults looking for a shared transformative experience.

A La Carte Offerings
There will be a treatment room on premise where massage will be offered by trusted local practitioners. You can also schedule a surfing or stand up paddle session with Corey's Wave for Sunday morning. Inquire about scheduling once you register.

6-7:30pm | REBOOT FOOD Welcome Dinner and Dialogue
The retreat will begin with a clean, simple, nutritious and delicious family-style meal created by Stefanie and team. We will ground, be nourished, and create a sense of community as we get acquainted and hold a safe space for each other
7:30-8:30pm | Kundalini yoga & healing gong with Jen Frasher
Day Two | RECOGNIZE
7-9am | Help yourself to a light breakfast served by Breakers Café
9-10:30am | Morning meditation and yoga with Julie Graham
11am-1pm | REBOOT Lunch
Together we will dialogue and explore your connection with food; Stefanie and team will demo and lead you on an interactive cooking experience. Session will culminate with a shared meal
1-4pm | R +R (treatments, optional guided trail or beach hike)
4-6:30pm| RECOGNIZE with Stefanie + REFRESH with Dr. Robert Graham as we deconstruct the importance of a balanced gut
7-8pm | Dinner served by Breakers Café
8:30pm | Bedtime meditation with Julie Graham
Day Three | RESHAPE
7-8:30am | Light breakfast served by Breakers Café
9-10:30am | Reiki Salt Therapy at Montauk Salt Cave
11am-2pm | REBOOT Lunch
Hands on cooking class where participants will push beyond their culinary comfort zone. Session will end with a shared meal.
2-4pm | R + R (treatments, optional guided trail or beach hike)
4:30-6pm | REBOOT FOOD in the community
Participants will visit and partake in activities at the Montauk Community Garden
6-7:30pm | Dinner at Naturally Good Foods & Café
We will enjoy a nourishing, organic dinner at Montauk’s local café and community staple since the 1980s.
8pm on | R + R (treatments)
Day Four | RENOURISH
6:30-7:30am | Help yourself to a light breakfast served by Breakers Café
8-10am | Optional stand up paddle with Corey's Wave or Big Reed Pond guided trail hike of Big Reed Pond
10:30am-1:30pm | REBOOT FOOD Menu Planning + Farewell Lunch
Each participant will work closely with Stefanie and team to build a plan for their personal REBOOT
1:30-3pm | Checkout
Per person tuition cost is $2,000. A non-refundable $750 deposit per person is required to secure your space with the balance due by August 15, 2018. After this date, payment in full is required when registering. This does not include accommodations (see below).
Room pricing is inclusive of 3 nights (Arrival Thursday October 11, Departure Sunday October 14). Please book early to secure your preferred room. There are many options for single and shared occupancy. View rooms here.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The $750 tuition deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations prior to 8 weeks will receive a refund of monies paid, less the $750 deposit. Cancellations within 8 weeks of retreat date are non-refundable, with any outstanding balance fully payable.
Montauk is an easy ride on the Hampton Jitney from New York City. Just let us know when you plan to arrive and we will have someone pick you up in town. For driving, plug 769 Old Montauk Highway into your GPS and you are good to go! If you are traveling by air, let us know and we can help you determine the best travel options.
