REBOOT FOOD™ collaborates with Dr. Robert Graham and Julie Graham of Fresh Med NYC at the newly renovated chic yet down-to-earth seaside resort, Breakers, to bring you four days of a deep dive into the true meaning of nourishment. Through food exploration, culinary demonstrations, cooking classes, activities, meaningful dialogue, daily exercise plus rest and relaxation you will have the opportunity to transform your relationship with food while in the company of a team of credible experts in food, nutrition, medicine, mindfulness, fitness and bodywork. Program is suitable for adults looking for a shared transformative experience.

There will be a treatment room on premise where massage and reflexology will be offered through trusted local practitioners. Inquire about scheduling once you register.
Day One | ORIENTATION
3pm-6pm | Check-in, get settled, light refreshments
6-8:30pm | REBOOT FOOD Welcome Dinner and Dialogue
The retreat will begin in the evening with a clean, simple, nutritious and delicious family-style meal created by Stefanie and team. The focus of this introductory experience is to offer grounding, nourishment and a sense of community as participants get acquainted with Stefanie and each other to create a safe space.
Day Two | RECOGNIZE
7-9am | Light breakfast served by Breakers Café
9-10:30am | Morning meditation and yoga with Julie Graham
11am-1pm | REBOOT Lunch
Interactive cooking demo and dialogue with Stefanie where participants will explore their connection with food. Session will end with a shared meal.
1-4pm | R +R (treatments, optional guided trail or beach hike)
4-6:30pm| RECOGNIZE with Stefanie + REFRESH with Dr. Robert Graham (with refreshments)
7-8pm | Dinner served by Breakers Café
8:30pm | Bedtime Meditation with Julie Graham
Day Three | RESHAPE
7-8:30am | Light breakfast served by Breakers Café
9-10:30am | Salt Therapy at Montauk Salt Cave
11am-1pm | REBOOT Lunch
Hands on cooking class where participants will push beyond their culinary comfort zone. Session will end with a shared meal.

Participants will visit and partake in activities at the Montauk Community Garden
6-7:30pm | Dinner at Naturally Good Foods & Café
Join Stefanie for dinner at the local café where she began her food and health journey in the 1980’s as a devoted cook and student of pure foods.

Day Four | RENOURISH

Each participant will work closely with Stefanie to build a plan for their personal REBOOT

4:30-7:30pm | REBOOT FOOD RENOURISH Dinner
Participants will be given an array of ingredients and they with work with Stefanie (and collaborate with one another) to build simple, nutritious and delicious dishes for a meal of true renourishment. This will be an “arts and crafts” kitchen experience
8-9pm | Kundalini yoga & healing gong with Jen Fraser
Day Five | FAREWELL
8-10am | Invigorating beach walk
10am-12pm | Brunch served by Breakers Café with Stefanie and team

Per person tuition cost is $2,000. A non-refundable $750 deposit per person is required to secure your space with the balance due by August 15, 2018. After this date, payment in full is required when registering. This does not include accommodations (see below).
Room pricing is inclusive of 4 nights (Arrival Thursday October 11, Departure Monday October 15). Please book early to secure your preferred room. There are many options for single and shared occupancy. View rooms here.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The $750 tuition deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations prior to 8 weeks will receive a refund of monies paid, less the $750 deposit. Cancellations within 8 weeks of retreat date are non-refundable, with any outstanding balance fully payable.
Montauk is an easy ride on the Hampton Jitney from New York City. Just let us know when you plan to arrive and we will have someone pick you up in town. For driving, plug 769 Old Montauk Highway into your GPS and you are good to go! If you are traveling by air, let us know and we can help you determine the best travel options.
